Chinmayi regularly assists companies including leading fintech, digital marketing, media, and logistics companies in their regulatory compliance requirements, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, service agreements, employee related agreements and policies. 

She also advises them on corporate, legal metrology, consumer protection, privacy, and data protection laws along with assisting companies and their founders in their fund-raising activities.
