Aishwarya primarily focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint venture, and debt financing transactions across industry sectors. She has advised companies, including leading MNCs on a variety of complex cross-border M&A structures.

She has also represented leading venture capital and private equity funds in their secondary acquisitions / investments in companies at various stages of growth and has represented various companies and promoters in their fundraising process.

Her general corporate commercial advisory practice includes advice on employment law, real estate, company law and foreign exchange law matters. Prior to joining Aarambh Legal she was with Nishith Desai Associates since 2014.
